Bashundhara City Development Limited (BCDL) has supported the ‘ORWA Heroes of Hope Blood Donation Campaign’, organised by the Old Remians Welfare Association (ORWA) with the aim of encouraging people to come forward for voluntary blood donation and help save lives.

BCDL was the title sponsor of the humanitarian campaign, held under the theme ‘Donate Blood, Save Lives’.

The campaign aimed to raise awareness about the importance of voluntary blood donation and encourage people from different walks of life to participate in humanitarian activities. Participants were also given the opportunity to have their blood groups identified.

Bashundhara City Development Limited has long been involved in various social, humanitarian and public welfare initiatives, prioritising the wellbeing of people. Its support for the ORWA initiative reflects the company’s commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR).

The organisers expressed gratitude to all voluntary blood donors and volunteers who took part in the campaign, and urged socially conscious and capable citizens to come forward and donate blood regularly.
