Launch fares increased after bus

The launch fares have been increased following a sharp rise in fuel prices in the domestic market.

The fare for the first 100 kilometres has been increased by 23 poisha per kilometre, while the fare for distances exceeding 100 kilometres has been raised by 20 poisha per kilometre.

Earlier on Wednesday morning, the Road Transport and Bridges Ministry issued a gazette notification increasing bus and minibus fares by 17 poisha per kilometre.
