Algerian Ambassador to Bangladesh Dr Abdelouahab Saidani was invited as the chief guest in a grand river cruise networking event on Friday.

The event was organised by Algeria Bangladesh Business Forum, with courtesy by Nizam Uddin, president of BMCCI and owner of MV Ocean Pearl, said a press release.

The networking event was also attended by significant economic operators and Bangladeshi businessmen from various sectors and diplomatic staff with their family members.

The ambassador exchanged views with the respected guests and discussed potential business opportunities between Algeria and Bangladesh.

A cultural event was organised alongside the river cruise. which brought together all the dignitaries successfully in a common platform for networking.

This will play an important role in enhancing the bilateral cooperation between Algeria and Bangladesh, the ambassador and others present hoped.
