Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus held a one-on-one meeting with BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia at Senakunja today.

The meeting took place on the sidelines of a reception programme at Senakunja, marking the occasion of Armed Forces Day 2025, according to the Chief Adviser’s Press Wing.

During the meeting, Prof. Yunus inquired about the physical condition of former Prime Minister Khaleda Zia and extended his best wishes for her speedy recovery.

In response, Khaleda Zia thanked Prof. Yunus, inquired about the health of his wife Afrozi Yunus, and conveyed her good wishes.

Khaleda Zia’s youngest daughter-in-law, Syeda Sharmila Rahman, was also present during the meeting.
